About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the RJGA public website and its inquiry and chat features. By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. These website terms do not replace a signed proposal, statement of work, hosting agreement, or other service contract.
Services and project agreements
RJGA provides IT consulting, web design, hosting, app development, process improvement, and start-up support. Descriptions on this website are general information, not a binding offer. Project scope, fees, payment schedules, deliverables, ownership, support, cancellation, and refund terms must be agreed separately. Sending an inquiry or chat does not create a service engagement or guarantee availability, pricing, or a response time. An applicable service agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms.
Responsible use
Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, distribute malicious code, submit spam or deceptive requests, impersonate another person, or infringe anyone’s rights. Submit only information you are authorized to share. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other highly sensitive information through the public form or chat.
Website content and intellectual property
RJGA’s branding and original website content are owned by RJGA or used with permission; third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. You may view the website and use its information to evaluate our services. Other copying, redistribution, or commercial reuse requires permission unless allowed by law. Ownership of client deliverables is governed by the relevant project agreement.
