Scope

This policy explains how RJGA handles information through its public website, contact form, and live chat. Client projects and the separate client/staff CRM may involve additional information and contractual requirements; this page does not describe every activity within those systems.

Information collected

When you submit an inquiry, we receive your name, email address, selected service, and message. Our website sends that inquiry to our business inbox and sends a confirmation to the address you provide. If you use live chat, RJGA and its chat provider may receive the conversation and any contact details or files you choose to share.

Website hosting and chat services may also process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, page visits, timestamps, and referring pages. The contact form uses a session token and a hashed IP-based rate-limit record to help prevent misuse. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other highly sensitive information through public forms or chat.

How information is used

We use information to respond to requests, discuss and provide requested services, send inquiry confirmations, maintain conversations, operate and troubleshoot the website, prevent spam and abuse, and meet applicable legal or contractual obligations. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Cookies, chat, and external fonts

The contact form uses a first-party session cookie, rjga_contact, to validate submissions. The tawk.to widget loads on our production website and can use cookies and local storage to support chat continuity and visitor recognition. We also load web fonts from Google Fonts, which requires your browser to connect to Google’s servers. Browser privacy settings can restrict cookies, storage, and external requests, but doing so may affect the form, chat, or appearance. You can call us instead of using these features.

Sharing and service providers

Information is available to RJGA personnel who handle your request and to providers supporting website hosting, email delivery, and chat. These providers process information under their own policies and applicable arrangements with RJGA. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security issues, or protect legal rights. Providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Retention and security

Inquiry emails and chat records may remain in our business email and chat systems while needed for follow-up, service administration, records, or legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and the relationship involved; this website does not promise an automatic deletion date. The form rate limiter counts attempts within a rolling hour, which is not a deletion schedule for inquiries or server logs.

We use safeguards such as HTTPS and form validation, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may ask about the personal information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern using the contact options below. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights, including access, objection, restriction, or portability. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or contractual reasons. You may also contact the relevant privacy regulator where applicable.

Children and updates

This business-services website is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and address it. We may revise this policy as website features or practices change; the updated date will appear on this page.
